What counts: a consult or treatment appointment booked through the installed workflow from an inbound inquiry your practice received — including rebooked no-shows — counted by the booking ledger you get read access to.

The window: 90 days from the day the workflow goes live on your traffic.

The refund: fewer than 10 such bookings in the window and you request it in writing within 30 days — the KeenHand installation fee comes back in full, including any AI Opportunity Audit fees credited toward the installation. Third-party subscription costs (billed to you by those vendors) are not KeenHand fees and are excluded.
