About · who you’d work with

The same person, end to end.

KeenHand is founded and run by Aaron Byrne in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He scopes the workflow on the discovery call, verifies it in the audit, builds the install, and reads every report before it leaves the shop — then answers the email about it too.

KeenHand installs and manages the follow-up system for owner-led local service businesses: after-hours replies, missed-call text-backs, reminders, no-show recovery, win-back notes — one bounded workflow at a time, under rules the owner approves, measured before and after. Based in Grand Rapids; installations run remotely.

Ten years of making things that had to ship.

Before KeenHand, Aaron spent a decade in professional video production. Production work teaches an unforgiving discipline: a shoot date is a shoot date, the deliverable either plays or it doesn’t, and every claim in the credits has to be yours. That discipline — scope it, ship it, verify it, sign it — is the operating system KeenHand runs on. The tools changed; the standard didn’t.

The move into AI systems wasn’t a pivot away from that work — it was noticing that small businesses were drowning in exactly the kind of unowned, deadline-shaped follow-up work that production pipelines learned to systematize years ago.

How an engagement actually runs.

One bounded workflow at a time. The free discovery call names the first workflow worth inspecting; the paid Follow-Up Audit verifies it in your own timestamps, handoffs, and outcomes; the 14-day installation goes live only inside boundaries you set; and the result is measured before and after, from your own systems.

Three rules hold everywhere: routine work runs only from a playbook you approved word for word; money, health, and sensitive moments always stop for a human; and no revenue number is ever promised — KeenHand commits to measured workflow performance, verified by you. If the honest answer is “you don’t need this,” that’s the answer you get, in writing.

The facts, plainly.

KeenHand is the trade name of KEENHAND LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Grand Rapids, founded and operated by Aaron Byrne. It serves owner-led local service businesses — installations run remotely, so the service area is wherever your tools already are. KeenHand runs on the same follow-up system it installs. Fifteen minutes on Google Meet. Bring one leak — missed calls, slow replies, no-shows, quotes, faded regulars — and leave with the first workflow worth inspecting and a straight recommendation, even if it’s “you don’t need us.”
