KeenHand is founded and run by Aaron Byrne, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He runs the working session, writes every report before it leaves the shop, builds what gets built, and answers the email about it too.
How an engagement actually runs
One workflow at a time. The free quiz names where you stand; the AI Opportunity Assessment finds the one thing worth changing first and counts it in your own systems; then you choose who does the fixing: you, you with a standing advisor, or KeenHand. Whatever gets built is measured before and after, from your own numbers.
Three rules hold everywhere: routine work runs only from a playbook you approved word for word; money, health and sensitive moments always stop for a human; and no revenue number is ever promised. KeenHand commits to counted workflow results, verified by you. If the honest answer is "you don't need this," that is the answer you get, in writing.
The facts, plainly
KeenHand is the trade name of KEENHAND LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Grand Rapids, founded and operated by Aaron Byrne. It serves owner-led local businesses; sessions run on Google Meet by default and in person on request, and installations run remotely, so the service area is wherever your tools already are. KeenHand runs on the same kind of system it installs. Sample artifacts on this site are labelled fictional; client results are published only with written permission, with the baseline and method shown.
