AI Opportunity Assessment

One workflow, counted. A plan you can run.

Two hours with the owner, on the business's real systems. Then a written report: the one thing to fix first, what it costs you today, and how to change it in the next ninety days.

Book a call

a fixed quote on the call. Never grows mid-engagement. Your assessment counts toward whichever path you choose.

What it looks at

The same sixteen dimensions as the quiz, asked again against evidence: where you stand, your tools, your rules, your people, and what is actually running. Where the quiz took your word, the session looks at the screen. The quiz gives you the AI Opportunity Quiz Score; the session gives you the AI Opportunity Assessment Score, the verified one, and the two are never mixed.

  • Where you stand and what's live

How you see this, who decides what gets tried, what is already running without a person.

  • Your tools

What you use, what can read your data, what runs on its own, and what it may do alone.

  • Your rules

The written way of doing routine things, where customer data lives, and whether anyone knows the numbers.

  • Your people

Who owns the tools and the routines, who has learned one, and how you use them yourself.

How the session runs

  1. Look

Twenty minutes on your screen, together: what you run and what can talk to what. One page, in plain words.

  2. Count

One number for the top opportunity, counted from your own booking book, phone log or inbox, so nobody has to believe anything.

  3. Choose

A board of five to ten opportunities scored with you, and you pick the one workflow from the top three. The draft readout closes the session.

Google Meet by default; in person on request, in Grand Rapids. If the count cannot be taken on the call, you keep a one-page tally for a week and the report waits for it.

What you get

  • The readout deck: your business case, the workflow, what we found, the ranked options, the recommendation, and the proof plan.
  • An appendix with all sixteen dimension cards, your fingerprint, your playbook, the 30-60-90 plan and the watch plan.
  • Editable templates: the playbook, the tally sheet, the owner's checkpoints page, the plan. Enough to run it yourself.
  • The written report within 72 hours of the session, and one revision round.

If nothing is worth installing, the report says so, and you keep the report.

What the report looks like

A fictional business, the real format. The one number the assessment gives is the verified one; the quiz keeps its own.

Curious, what the session verified

The sixteen dimensions were asked again in the session and scored against what the screens showed. Each one is marked confirmed, adjusted or unverifiable.

The quiz put Willow Lane Aesthetics at Curious; the three places it scored lowest are where the session started.

Then, three ways forward

  1. Self-guided

    You run it

You take the report and the templates and run the plan with your own people. Retake the quiz in 90 days and see whether the score moved.

  2. Fractional AI Director

    We stay on the line

coaching, two calls a month, a line to me, a shared hub. You build, with a standing advisor who knows your business.

  3. AI Managed Agents

We build it and watch it

built, hosted and watched by KeenHand; you keep the judgment calls. The routine runs on rails; the judgment calls stop and wait for you.

Your assessment counts toward whichever path you choose. The fee for each is a fixed quote, given on the call, never on a page.

Straight answers

How much does it cost?
a fixed quote on the call, before any commitment. It never grows mid-engagement, and it counts in full toward the Director or the managed service when you start within 30 days of the readout.
Who needs to be in the room?
You, the owner. If someone else runs the desk where the top opportunity lives, they are welcome, but the session is built for the person who decides.
What if my numbers are on paper?
Then we count what we can on the call and you keep a one-page tally for a week. An estimate is labelled an estimate, and the first job on the plan is to start counting.
Do I have to buy anything after?
No. The report and the templates are built so you can run the plan yourself. Many owners will. Retake the quiz in 90 days and see whether the score moved.
