Before your call · four straight answers

Before we talk.

Owners bring four fair doubts to this call: control, proof, time, and whether customers will still feel a person behind the work. Those get answered first. Then we look at what you would fix first.

Pick a time

Free · 15 minutes · Google Meet · no pitch deck. The call is advice: what I would do first. The AI Opportunity Assessment is offered afterwards by email, if it fits.

Have three minutes first? The quiz makes the call better; it is never required.

Booking opens Cal.com: pick a time, add your name and email, and what prompted the call. About a minute.

Is this call for you?

Best fit: you run an owner-led business where inquiries, bookings, quotes, reviews, paperwork or past customers quietly cost you booked work and evenings.

Not a fit: you want unsupervised software making judgment calls, a generic chatbot, a strategy deck with nothing built, or guaranteed revenue before anything is counted.

01 · Control

"I'm not letting software talk to my customers."

Neither are we, not unsupervised. Everything routine runs from a playbook you approved word for word. Anything outside it stops and waits for a human. You see every message the system sends, and you can change the rules any time. Owner control is not a feature we added. It is the product.

Routine: hours, first available slot, waitlist, simple prep instructions. Stops for you: money, health, complaints, discounts, refunds, anything off the playbook.

02 · Proof

"I've paid for promises before."

So we do not ask you to believe anything. The assessment counts one number in your own systems before anything is built, and whatever gets built is measured against it: what came in, what got answered, what got booked. You judge the difference yourself. If the numbers do not move, you see that too.

Signals we count: inquiries received, time to first reply, follow-ups sent, bookings created, decisions held for a human. Never an invented revenue number.

03 · Time

"I don't have time for another system."

You do not get one. If KeenHand builds it, KeenHand runs it, and nothing lands on your staff to learn. Your part is one email in the morning and a tap when something needs your judgment. If you build it yourself, the plan is written so a busy owner can follow it.

04 · Human

"My customers expect a person."

They have one: you and your people, everywhere judgment and relationships matter. What they do not have today is anyone at 9 PM. Silence is not personal service. A warm answer in your voice, minutes after they ask, is. And when it matters, a human takes it from there.

That's the whole pitch. The call is about your business.

In 15 minutes we will not assess your whole business. We look at the thing you brought and decide what is worth counting. You leave with:

  • the first thing I would change, and why
  • what it would need from your systems
  • what stays with people, always
  • the one number worth counting before and after
  • a straight recommendation, even if it is "you don't need us"
